Village Community Fund

Board of Directors

Village Community Fund leadership is comprised of a volunteer Board of Directors, all of whom reside in Laguna Woods Village.  Each board member is involved in other clubs and organizations within the community, which is a benefit to understanding how the village operates.  Directors have a year-long commitment to attend monthly board meetings and to be responsible for a specific role, such as Secretary, Treasurer, or Director of Philanthropy.

If you are interested in becoming a member of our board, a great pathway is to become an advisor to the board or join a fundraising project committee.  This gives you the opportunity to learn more about our organization without a bigger commitment. Because Village Community Fund is a non-profit community benefit organization, we look for advisors and board members with expertise and practical experience in specific areas such as accounting/bookkeeping, business administration and office management, non-profit fundraising, lawyer/legal aid, website development/design, public relations, and video production.

If this sounds of interest and you’d like to contribute your know-how, expertise and time to the Village Community Fund, please complete a Village Community Fund Board Application, or simply contact President Beth Perak at DrBethPerak@gmail.com or 818-640-6878.
